Favourite Manga dat boi	Actually, in a lot of ways the Nicktoons edits are on par with (if not better than) the Toonami edits, and Nicktoons has promos that rival the Toonami promos from back in the day. I don't see how Toonami handled DBZ any better than Nicktoons has.

Toonami treated Dragon Ball like *. Do you know how many times they asked FUNimation to modify the script so the soccer moms would be satisfied. Nicktoons loves Dragon Ball. As opposed to Cartoon Network, Nicktoons wanted the real Dragon Ball. The one where Vegeta's reasons for being evil aren't modified. The one where the original music actually left intact. The japanese kai wasnt any different, it stopped at cell. Im in the opinion that they wont play it as they are trying to say that they wanted to keep it the way toriyama originally envisioned it? i figured they would go into majin buu, but they also love playing movie 8, and 12. almost every day or on the weekends. When it was done? i stopped and went online to watch japanese kai. Same thing. No majin buu saga

Notice how the majority of Nicktoon shows that are actually Nicktoons don't even get their own own special logo outside of the show, or an outside song used in its advertisements. They're glamming it up, polishing it real nice, because they know that if they screw it up even once they're screwed for good.

The Buu Saga from the original series is longer than all of Kai combined. The saga is mostly filler, and what wasn't was just as bad as GT anyway. Airing Buu would have been way too much of a headache. GT is certainly flawed, but it is also only 64 episodes. Plus most of the editing is already done, so they can basically hit the ground running with it. The pacing and length makes much more sense than airing over 100 episodes of Buu, even if some story elements might be confusing to some.

Saban was cutting out entire shows and just using clips, how does that compare to not using filler eps? not to mention that nicktoons is running what they are given, the deal was to play DBZ kai remastered and redited to the kids. Nicktoons isnt even a part of the equation, they do what they are told by their parent company. The japanese ended kai in a quick way, with nothing to draw from? funimation and disney have no choice but to work with what they were given. Funimation just has a license to play DBZ by toei, not change it.
